06/22/2012 – So many ten pound plus trophy bass have been caught recently on Lake Baccarac in Mexico, lodge owner Terry Hollan has decided to extend the bass fishing season through Summer, 2012. Here is the recent report:

Comments: 06/21/2012 good rains early morning before we got on the water and the bite was pretty slow until noon when it picked up…full report later.
06/20/2012 Morning bass bite was slow but the afternoon produced a 12 pound bass and 10 pounder along with several 9 pound bass….results continue to be excellent ….I mean unbelievable! Note: We will keep Lake Baccarac Lodge open thru the summer.
The doctors from Los Mochis fishing on the 16th and the 17th of June reported 2 largemouth bass over 13 lbs, 7 trophy bass over 11, 1 bass over 10 and 35 to 40 fish over 9 lbs.
